Self-learning Auto-whitelist (AWL)		the AWL is a score averaging system. It keeps track of the historical average of a sender. Site or personalized control over spam policies with 100% web-based UI		With site-wide spam policy, spams can be easily reduced by 95%. Stable & secured MTA (Mail Transfer Agent)		Netgate2, as an e-mail server, has all that are necessary to be called a secured e-mail server. First, it is protected by spam filrewall, and all that it received are mostly “clean” e-mails. Next, It has to only take care of how to deliver them to e-mail users. Netgate2 supports secured connection such as SMTPS, IMAPS and POPS, so that there is no plain text that can be seen by packet sniffer when the e-mail message is on the wire or in the air. On e-mail client, users can receive their e-mails using any POP/IMAP e-mail client like Outlook or Eurora. Besides, Netgate2 comes with a user friendly web-mail for those that are on-the-move most of the time.
100% Web-based Administration		Administrator can easily setup domains and e-mail users using the 100% web-based UI. Administrator can setup the user parameter such as disk quota, enable or suspend the user, forwarding address, vacation message, enable or disable of spam self-management and role of the user: site admin or DNS admin with ease. The intuitive web-based UI shield the complexities from the administrator so that less time is needed from administrator to manage Netgate2.
E-mail self-service for users		On the e-mail users self-service menu, users are allow to change their password, enable email forwarding, write and enable vocation message on top of all functions that are allowed under spam firewall menu said earlier. Ability of users to handle all these functions by themselves, administrator will now be able to free themselves to do other stuff that is more productive.
Web-mail & Web-disk support		Every e-mail account comes standard with an award winning web-mail interface – openwebmail – which is extremely user friendly and packed with all e-mail client functions. So, whether in-the-office or out-of-office, users can check their e-mail anywhere and anytime; as long as they have an internet browser and connected! In additional, openwebmail has additional functions to allow user to store files into web-disk, store contacts into address book as well a personal calendar to keep track of their appointments.
Multiple Domain or Sites Support with Unlimited e-mail boxes		Nowadays, many organizations have more than one domain names: at least one for company name and one for product brand. Netgate2 allows multiple domains to be setup; and free company from investing into more servers just to handle additional domain.
